Located in historic Beacon Hill overlooking the Boston Common, this federal-style rowhouse was suffering from water leaks and deterioration that had slowly developed since the building’s original construction in 1872. J.L. Dunn’s project team worked alongside Wessling Architects and our trade partners to preserve and restore this façade to it’s original glory while eliminating the water infiltration that had plagued the current homeowners. All of the details, means, and methods were carefully planned and executed to meet the historic requirements of the Beacon Hill Architectural Commission (BHAC).
