St. Botolph Club

J.L. Dunn has completed multiple renovations at the historic St. Botolph Club. Built in 1899, the building need a Contractor capable of the preconstruction planning required to upgrade of the building’s systems while protecting its intricate details and beauty. Improvements have included ADA compliance upgrades, reframing of the historic skylight and roof structure, and installation of fire alarm and fire protection systems. J.L. Dunn was successfully able to install this fire suppression system while keeping the building open to members. J.L. Dunn has led the preconstruction, planning, and execution of all renovations to date for the St. Botolph Club.
