Newbury Office Penthouse

Located in a Class A high-rise office building, this penthouse space was converted into a boutique office which was quickly leased by a financial services tenant. The project included imported Italian large-format tile, energy-efficient windows, and all new MEPFP systems. Based on the success of this project, JLD was re-hired by the building owner to complete a similar fit-out of three additional floors in the building.
