Newbury Office Entrance

Sometimes the smallest spaces require the highest attention to detail. This was certainly true for the renovation of this Class A Office Building’s Lobby. Located on the 1^st block of Newbury Street, our client wanted an entrance that was in line with the luxury retailers and hotels that neighbor this office building. JLD’s project team worked through the night (literally) to coordinate and align all the grout and recessed light joints that surround the imported Italian stone tile and custom-fabricated metal paneling. All of the work was completed overnight in order to minimize the impact on the building’s tenants.
