99 Chauncey Street
Lobby and storefront renovation
Financial District, Boston
99 Chauncy Street stands at the nexus of Boston's financial and cultural district. J.L. Dunn worked with Synergy Investments and ADD Inc. to reposition the 97,236 sf building, traditionally referred to as the Textile Building, to create curb appeal. Construction included a new entrance and entrance canopies, new lobbies with book matched woodwork, stone entrances, LED lighting and custom security desks. The original wood and glass store fronts were also restored.
