Jefferies Point Residences

Formerly the location of a family woodworking business, 24 Orleans St in Jefferies Point, East Boston was transformed into a new, four-story, mixed-use building. Completed in May 2017, the property now features five apartments, a yoga studio, and a neighborhood restaurant for the next generation of family businesses.
